Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Noble Vision Society, we deeply appreciate your support and contributions to our charitable activities. We strive to maintain transparency and trust with all our donors and supporters.

Donations

All donations made to Noble Vision Society are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing projects and welfare programs.

Event Registrations or Sponsorships

If you have registered for an event or program and wish to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date. While event registration fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Errors in Donation

In case you believe that an error has occurred in your donation amount, or if a duplicate transaction was made, please contact us immediately. We will review the request and, if found valid, process a refund within 7 to 10 working days.
